From the bustling streets filled with tantalizing street food to the refined elegance of upscale restaurants, we'll savor every aspect of Mexico City's culinary landscape.

As we wander through the historic downtown, tracing its origins back to the Aztec city of Tenochtitlán, we'll marvel at iconic landmarks like the Zócalo, the beating heart of the city. In La Condesa and La Roma, we'll soak in the artistic flair of art deco buildings and bohemian vibes, discovering hidden gems tucked away in every corner. Venturing beyond the urban sprawl, we'll uncover the rich traditions of places like Coyoacán, where luminaries like Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera once roamed. Here, we'll immerse ourselves in the authentic charm of a provincial town, untouched by the passage of time.

Our journey wouldn't be complete without delving into the vibrant markets, where we'll sample an array of spices, chiles, and ingredients that form the backbone of Mexican cuisine. And to truly understand the art of Mexican cooking, we'll partake in a hands-on cooking lesson led by the esteemed chef Iliana de la Vega, where we'll learn to infuse traditional flavors into our own culinary creations. Join us on this 4-day, 3-night immersion trip, where every moment promises to be a celebration of Mexico City's past, present, and future.
